Giving back to Community ...continued

Breakaway Displays is passionate about community. We believe in taking part not only in our local community, but far beyond the boundaries of our immediate community. We do this by volunteering time and resources to charities and causes we believe are making a difference in our day-to-day lives.

We'd like to thank all the brave men and women who sacrifice so much for our country. Active and retired military personnel and their dependent family members can receive a 15% discount. Please fill out our Contact Form with with your military email address and we will send you a discount code.

In addition to being stewards of our community, we've made the socially conscious decision to use recyclable and recycled materials in 100% of our packaging. We strive to continually reduce the carbon footprint Breakaway Displays leaves behind in our world.

Project PAVE: Promoting Alternatives to Violence Through Education

Breakaway Displays chose Project PAVE for our end-of-year monetary donation.

The mission of Project PAVE is to empower youth to end the cycle of relationship violence. PAVE's approach to ending this cycle is through Intervention, and Prevention Education programming.

Project PAVE annually reaches over 3,100 children, teens, parents, teachers and other professionals with its therapy and violence prevention programming in Denver-metro area schools and other community outlets. All Project PAVE services are youth-focused and offered for free to the community.

Denver Zoo

Denver Zoo Elephant

Our little niece has found a passion for the Zoo, so we figured why not let her pick our donation recipient this time around. Apparently you cannot donate to the elephants individually, so the Denver Zoo was selected as the best alternative.

The Denver Zoo puts on some pretty awesome programs for kids and adults alike. If you haven't visited, we highly recommend it - especially for one of their special events such as Zoo Lights or Brew At The Zoo. Visit their website at

Rocky Mountain Yorkie Rescue

August, 2012
A Rescue, Re-homing and Adoption Agency

This time it goes to the animals!

We love animals as much as people and we love supporting good causes. So, Rocky Mountain Yorkie Rescue was a perfect match for Breakaway Displays next community giving. Hopefully we've helped a pup get a new home, or provided some medical attention to a needing little dog! Keep up the fabulous volunteer work RMYR!

Rocky Mountain Yorkie Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located in Colorado. The mission of Rocky Mountain Yorkie Rescue is to rescue Yorkie/Yorkie mixes and educating the public, adoptees and volunteers about the Yorkshire Terrier Breed. "Our focus is not finding the right pup for a home, but finding the right home for each and every pup." To learn a little more about RMYR, please visit Rocky Mountain Yorkie Rescue.

COOP's Kick Cancer Campaign

June, 2012
A Cause very close to the Breakaway Family

YES, we did it again! Since this hits so close to home, we decided to give another round.

If you want to read more about John's story, please visit his Life Line page at

John and our family have taken some pretty hard blows this year, but he continues to fight the fight and stay positive; we continue to hope and pray. The continued surgeries, extra ER visits, a two-hour commute to his hospital, and all the other burdens you can imagine, continue taking a financial toll on his family. If you want to join in on the cause, please Donate to COOP's Kick Cancer Campaign. Thanks for taking the time to learn more about John and putting him in your thoughts.

Easy Installation:

Installation is easy, and just takes a few minutes. Every set of holders includes everything you will need. You can mount hockey sticks at any angle on any surface. The stick will stay put at any angle. It appears the stick is floating on the wall. Hang your sticks on angled walls - or even the ceiling!
