Giving back to Community
Breakaway Displays is passionate about community. We believe in taking part not only in our local community, but far beyond the boundaries of our immediate community. We do this by volunteering time and resources to charities and causes we believe are making a difference in our day-to-day lives.
We'd like to thank all the brave men and women who sacrifice so much for our country. Active and retired military personnel and their dependent family members can receive a 15% discount. Please fill out our Contact Form with with your military email address and we will send you a discount code.
In addition to being stewards of our community, we've made the socially conscious decision to use recyclable and recycled materials in 100% of our packaging. We strive to continually reduce the carbon footprint Breakaway Displays leaves behind in our world.
Tickets From The Heart
- November, 2011
-
This 2011-2012 hockey season Kroenke Sports Charities "Tickets from the Heart" ticket donation program partnered with the Rocky Mountain USO "Me and A Friend" program to give military children the opportunity to attend a Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche or Colorado Mammoth game at Pepsi Center.
We at Breakaway Displays are extremely fortunate and were thrilled to give almost 50 children of our military members the opportunity to see a hockey game. Kroenke Sports Charities is always heavily involved in the community and Breakaway Displays is a regular contributor to its various causes. This particular campaign was one we could not pass up.

We were excited to be a part (albeit small part) of the Community Shares Summer Celebration by donating a Matt Duchene signed Colorado Avalanche Hockey Stick and a set of our Original Hockey Stick Holders to raise money in the silent auction.

Breakaway Displays donated the grocery items needed for a service project chosen by the Impact Factory on April 23rd for Global Youth Service Day in an effort to feed the homeless teens at a local drop-in shelter for youth. Global Youth Service Day is an annual campaign that celebrates and mobilizes millions of children and youth who improve their communities each day of the year through service and service-learning.
The Young Philanthropists Foundation (YPF) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to engaging youth in philanthropy by creating opportunities for kids and families to give back to their community. They believe that philanthropy is anything you do to make the world a better place, and base their programming on a simple philosophy: if you give kids the opportunity to make a difference now, they will continue to make a difference the rest of their lives. Helping "Make A Wish" come true
- April 11, 2011

-
Make-A-Wish Foundation of Middle Tennessee granted Marshall Billingsley, a teenager, his wish of a "man cave" in his parent's basement. Marshall is a big Nashville Predators fan and Breakaway Displays was asked to donate Hockey Stick Displays for the hockey sticks in Marshall's man cave. Of-course we were ecstatic to oblige with Holders and signed sticks.
